Changelog and deprecations

Every change to the SDKs, the API, webhooks and the export format. An old API version keeps working for at least 18 months after its replacement ships.

  1. AddedMCP server

    New tool: create_draft_reply

    AI tools can save a draft reply on a conversation. A teammate reviews and sends it. The tool cannot send on its own.

  2. ChangedWebhooks

    Retries now run for 72 hours

    It was 24 hours. Events that still fail wait 14 days in a dead-letter queue, and you can replay them from the delivery log.

  3. DeprecatedREST API

    Offset pagination on list endpoints

    page and per_page keep working on version 2026-03-01 and earlier until 1 March 2028. Move to cursors: every list response already includes next_cursor.

  4. AddedREST API

    API version 2026-09-01

    Cursor pagination everywhere and expand[] on conversations. New keys start on this version. Existing keys stay on theirs until you change them.

  5. ChangedWeb SDK 1.8.0

    Smaller loader

    The loader script is now under 10 KB. No change is needed on your side.
