Install with the web snippet
Add the messenger to any website in about two minutes. You need your workspace ID and a way to edit the page's HTML.
Step 1: Copy the snippet
Replace tw_8f2k with your own workspace ID. You can find it in Settings, under Channels, then Messenger install.
<script>
(function (w, d) {
w.Gripz = w.Gripz || function () {
(w.Gripz.q = w.Gripz.q || []).push(arguments);
};
var s = d.createElement('script');
s.async = true;
s.src = 'https://widget.eu.gripz.example/v1/loader.js';
d.head.appendChild(s);
})(window, document);
Gripz('boot', { workspaceId: 'tw_8f2k' });
</script>Step 2: Add it to your site
Paste the snippet just before the closing body tag on every page where the messenger should appear. The loader is under 10 KB and loads after your page, so it does not slow rendering.
If your site sends a Content Security Policy header, allow widget.eu.gripz.example for scripts and connections first.
Step 3: Verify the install
Open a page that has the snippet, then run the check. Gripz confirms the moment it receives the first event from your domain.

Nothing received after a minute? Check the troubleshooting guide: ad blockers, CSP and wrong workspace ID are the usual causes.
