As simple as Crisp on day one. Still enough at fifty agents.
Crisp is honest about price and quick to set up. The gap opens as a team grows: routing by skill and capacity, SLAs that are enforced, an audit log, and a price that does not jump at the fifth and eleventh seat.

First, what Crisp does well.
Its pricing is simple and public. You can choose which AI model answers. Co-browsing, typing preview and audio and video calls are built in. It reaches regional channels such as Telegram, LINE and Viber, translates live on every channel, and hosts in the EU. If you are four people and those are what you need, Crisp is a good choice and costs less than Gripz.

| Agents | What changes | Gripz | Crisp |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | You add a fifth person and the plan has to change. | GripzThe fifth seat costs one seat: $15 on Starter. Growth already includes five. | CrispPlans are capped at 2, 4, 10 and 20 seats. The fifth seat moves you from $45 to $95 a month. |
| 11 | Chats need to reach the right person, not just a free one. | GripzRouting by skill, language, priority and capacity, on Growth. The eleventh seat costs $29. | CrispOrdered rules and a load balancer, with no skills and no capacity limits. The eleventh seat moves you from $95 to $295. |
| 25 | Promised reply times have to hold without someone watching. | GripzSLA policies with an alert before a breach and automatic escalation, on Growth. Tickets are their own objects. | CrispSLAs are reported, not enforced. Tickets come from the Ticket Center plugin, on Plus only. |
| 50 | Security review asks who changed what, and who can. | GripzAudit log and SSO on Growth, SCIM on Scale. SOC 2 Type II is in progress, and we say so on the trust center. | CrispThree fixed roles, no audit log that we could find, and no SOC 2 audit. |
Crisp costs less. Its price also moves in jumps.
We would rather you see this from us. On list price Crisp is cheaper at every size below. What you are choosing between is a lower price with plan cliffs, and a seat that costs the same whichever seat it is.
